Pentewan Beach is a stunningly beautiful spot on the south coast of Cornwall, England. With golden sands, crystal clear waters, and stunning views of the surrounding coastline, it's no wonder why it's become a popular destination for holidaymakers.

The beach is located close to the village of Pentewan, just a few miles west of St Austell. It's easily accessible by car, and there's plenty of parking nearby. From the car park, a short walk brings you to the edge of the beach, which stretches for a mile along the coast. The sand is golden and soft underfoot, and the waves are gentle and inviting.

At the western end of the beach is a sheltered cove, which is great for swimming and snorkelling. There are plenty of rock pools for children to explore, as well as plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing. The beach also has its own lifeguard service, so visitors can feel safe and secure when enjoying the waters.

The nearby village of Pentewan is home to a few pubs and restaurants, as well as a few shops. Visitors can also take a leisurely stroll along the Pentewan Valley Trail, which follows the course of the old Pentewan railway line. On the trail, you can find remains of the old railway, as well as plenty of wildlife and stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

The nearby town of St Austell is also worth a visit. Here, you can explore the stunning harbour and take a ride on the St Austell Bay Heritage Coastline Railway. There are also plenty of attractions nearby, including the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.

Pentewan Beach is a truly beautiful spot, and it's easy to understand why it's become so popular with holidaymakers. With its golden sands, crystal clear waters and stunning views, it's the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax.
